Just back from a family girls' trip to London! There were six of us aged 16 to 80 celebrating with a spectacular dinner at the Wolesey. Lucky us!

Made sure to visit the Columbia Road Flower Market in East London, open on Sundays only and was built in 1866 and going strong. It was a joy to see droves of people carrying oversized wonderful plants and armloads of fresh flowers to grace their English homes. Inspiration is everywhere.

Thanks to the great growers in Alaska, we have luxurious peonies late summertime. Well, did you ever?!

Our greenery wall smells incredible, filled with three varieties of eucalyptus accented with white flowers. Feels like a dream!

pretty and pale with minimal brights for contrast

Absolutely adored making the bride's bouquet, flower crown and groom's boutonniere. This palette is just outstanding.

Find the wild-looking green lotus pod, nestled among coral roses and birds of paradise, softly framed by swiss cheese monster.

Only hinting at the traditional color palette of the fall season. Bringing in deep purple, greenery, pink pepperberry and a peppy ole' cattail on top.

Aussie native stems like protea, pinkmink, callistemon, bottlebrush and blooming eucalyptus

Sculptural, fragrant and dreamy, made of California grown lilies, ranunculus, veronica, lush stock, greens and bentwood.

Lemony tulips with feathery-edged petals among delicate seeded eucalyptus for a great scent, atop tight buds of rich cherry alstroemeria to open up and last. Concrete planter for urban edge.

A single stem carnival, how does it even know how to do this?

A floral flatlay with decay appeals to my teenage goth self. The colors of pale lavender and deep purple are from the same exact stem of the lisianthus just at varying stages of bloom. There is always so much to love even in a dried flower state. Fresh, not fake, forever!

Pale and creamy, soft and pretty. Paired with a black vase as a foil. Love these and they smell insane!
